2.1 Seven-Day Refund Window
You may request a refund within seven days of your initial purchase date if you have accessed less than 20% of the course content. Refund requests submitted after seven days or after significant content access will not be eligible for processing.
2.2 Technical Issues
If you experience persistent technical problems that prevent you from accessing course materials, and our support team is unable to resolve these issues within a reasonable timeframe, you may be eligible for a full or partial refund regardless of the seven-day window.
2.3 Duplicate Purchases
If you accidentally purchase the same course multiple times, you are eligible for a full refund of the duplicate transaction. Please contact our support team immediately upon discovering the duplicate charge.
2.4 Course Cancellation
If Talvendrok cancels a course before you have accessed the content, you will automatically receive a full refund to your original payment method within 10 business days.
3. Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will not be issued in the following circumstances:
a) Requests made more than seven days after purchase, except in cases of technical issues or course cancellation
b) After you have completed or accessed more than 20% of the course content
c) If you have downloaded course materials or resources
d) Change of mind after accessing significant course content
e) Failure to meet technical requirements disclosed on the course page
f) Violation of our Terms of Service resulting in account termination
g) Subscription renewals if you continued to access content during the renewal period
4. Subscription Services
4.1 Monthly Subscriptions
Monthly subscription fees are non-refundable. You may cancel your subscription at any time, and you will retain access to subscribed content until the end of your current billing period. No refunds will be provided for partial months.
4.2 Annual Subscriptions
Annual subscriptions may be eligible for a prorated refund if requested within 30 days of purchase and if less than 20% of available subscription content has been accessed. After 30 days, annual subscriptions are non-refundable, but you may cancel to prevent future charges.

6. Refund Processing
6.1 Processing Time
Approved refunds are processed within 10 business days of approval. Please note that it may take additional time for the refund to appear in your account depending on your financial institution's processing times.
6.2 Refund Method
Refunds are issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. We cannot process refunds to different payment methods or accounts.
6.3 Currency Conversion
If your original purchase involved currency conversion, the refunded amount may differ slightly due to exchange rate fluctuations. Talvendrok is not responsible for any differences caused by currency conversion rates.
7. Partial Refunds
In certain circumstances, Talvendrok may offer partial refunds at our discretion. Partial refunds may be considered when:
a) You have accessed some but not all of the course content
b) Technical issues affected only a portion of your learning experience
c) Course content was significantly different from the description, but you still received some value
8. Bundle and Package Purchases
When you purchase a bundle or package containing multiple courses, the refund policy applies to the entire bundle as a single purchase. We do not offer refunds for individual courses within a bundle. If you access any course within the bundle beyond the eligibility threshold, the entire bundle becomes ineligible for refund.
9. Gift Purchases
Courses purchased as gifts are subject to the same refund policy. Refund requests for gift purchases must be made by the original purchaser, not the recipient. Once a gift code has been redeemed and content accessed, standard refund eligibility rules apply.
10. Promotional and Discounted Purchases
Courses purchased during promotional periods or with discount codes are eligible for refunds according to the same terms outlined in this policy. Refunds for discounted purchases will be issued for the amount actually paid, not the original full price.
11. Chargebacks
If you initiate a chargeback through your payment provider without first attempting to resolve the issue with Talvendrok, your account may be suspended or terminated. We encourage you to contact our support team before pursuing a chargeback. Accounts associated with fraudulent chargebacks may be permanently banned from the platform.
12. Course Updates and Changes
Talvendrok reserves the right to update, modify, or discontinue course content at any time. If substantial changes are made to a course you have purchased that materially diminish its value, you may request a refund within 14 days of being notified of the changes.
13. Exceptions and Special Circumstances
We understand that exceptional circumstances may arise. If you believe your situation warrants special consideration outside the standard policy terms, please contact our support team with a detailed explanation. We will review such requests on a case-by-case basis, though approval is not guaranteed.
