We help people learn muscle prep techniques that actually work
Talvendrok was started because we noticed a gap. Most muscle prep content online is either too basic or too theoretical. We wanted to create something different—courses that show real techniques from people who use them daily in their work.

What we're building here
Since 2021, we've been filming practitioners as they work. Not staged demonstrations—actual sessions where they explain their thinking and show how they adapt techniques to different situations.
Each masterclass includes step-by-step breakdowns, multiple camera angles, and commentary explaining why certain approaches work better than others. We film in real environments with real challenges.
The platform started with three courses. Now we have content covering everything from foundational prep work to advanced restoration techniques. All taught by people who've spent years refining these methods.
Focus on practical application
Every technique shown in our courses comes with context. You see how it's used, when it's appropriate, and what adjustments might be needed for different circumstances.
Instructors who practice daily
Our teaching team includes therapists, trainers, and specialists who use these methods in their regular work. They know what works because they've tested it repeatedly.
Content that stays current
We update courses when new approaches emerge or when feedback shows we can improve an explanation. The platform evolves as the field does.
How we approach online education
Clear visual instruction
Multiple angles, slow motion where needed, and close-ups that show hand positioning and pressure application.
Progressive skill building
Courses start with fundamentals and build complexity gradually. Each section prepares you for what comes next.
Accessible nationwide
Students from different regions access the same high-quality instruction without needing to travel for training.
Learn at your pace
Review sections as many times as needed. Pause, rewind, and practice until you're comfortable moving forward.
Tested methodology
Every technique has been used in professional settings. We don't include methods that haven't proven reliable.
Continuous improvement
Student questions and feedback directly influence how we refine explanations and add supplementary content.
